It doesn't even need to be near the barbeque; you can carry it around on your belt or leave it somewhere handy.
The portable digital receiver displays the type of roast - pork, lamb, beef, chicken or fish.
It also displays the cooking options, the target temperature and the current temperature in the centre of the meat.
Insert the Meat Probe into the centre of the meat.
The insulated cable connects the probe to the Digital Transmitter that sits outside the barbeque.
