For the first timers or those wanting to experience the taste :
1. Light the Bag of Instant Light Charcoal - keep alight for about 15mins.
2. Now spread the charcoal across the base and leave for about 5-10 mins. You should be ready to cook now.
( Tip: Charcoal should start to be ashed over ( grey in colour ). If you cannot hold your hand 20cm above for 5 seconds, then its hot enough to be ready to bbq.
3. Place food on grill. Skewers, Chops, Cutlets, Sausages will give you an amazing mouthwatering outcome.
Cleaning:
Wash out body with soapy water after each use or second use. If tea staining appears, use a stainless steel cleaner. This eliminates dust and dirty build up on the surface, which will oxidize. Cooking Grill is dishwasher friendly.
