2 Levels of Grilling Height.
If on the go, simply keep charcoal inside the closed unit when cool and dispose off at home.
Clean with water and soap mixture. If at coastal areas, wash out after each use. Stainless Steel cleaners will aid prevention of any tea staining.

Grill User Guide:
1. Place 3 firestarters at the bottom of a pyramid shaped amount of charcoal. ( You only need to cover the base with charcoal or briquettes ( about 20 spread across the bottom-one layer high - this is enough to get you going )
2. Light firestarters - will ignite for about 10-15 minutes.
3. Wait for about 25-35 minutes when you charcoal or briquettes will turn light grey ashed over.
4. Place food on grills to you liking eg. Cutlets will need 3-5 minutes per side for medium.
